You really shouldn't put that in ~/Library and definitely not in 
~/Library/Application Support. ~/Library is intentionally hidden in OSX to 
prevent things from getting clobbered by users. It's best to leave the Library 
folder alone.  ~/Library/Application Support is reserved for regular GUI Mac 
apps and the like. Not a good choice for gregorio.

It is better to put your Gregorio stuff in Documents or some other folder you 
create in you home directory. I recommend you move it, though that is up to you.

Sorry, I forgot one. You need to install automake:

   sudo port install automake

I think that's the last item you need to install.
