I've put together an installation package for Mac OSX that places the files in
the /usr/local/texlive/texmf-local directory. I've mirrored (or at lest tried
to) the structure from the make install scripts and then the install runs
texhash. Everything looks like it is in the correct place. Gregorio runs fine,
but when lualaex runs, it finds the .sty's but it cannot find the fonts. Any
idea what might have gone wrong?
