That works in a blanket fashion, applying from the point it appears onwards in the document. Which raises two questions:
1) How do I unblock the custos if I later on in the document want them to start appearing again?
2) Is there a way to control the appearance of custos at a more finer grained level, say at a particular manual line break in the score (but not automatic line breaks or other manual breaks)?
