As far as I know: no. Somebody ever wrote a MS-Word macro for putting accents, but since I do not use MS-Word, I never tried it, and I no longer remember who he was. Sorry. If you find something, I am still interested. If you look for the Sunday Readings in Latin with accents according to the Nova Vulgata, you will find these at www.romanltirugy.org.
