I created a sublime package for gregorio for building gabc files. The package is hosted on GitHub here: https://github.com/asbloomf/gregorio-sublime It is also in the sublime package repository, so just searching for gregorio will find it: https://sublime.wbond.net/search/gregorio
If anyone else uses sublime, feel free to use it. The code highlighting could probably be improved, so if anyone wants to fork the repository, it shouldn't be too hard to figure out. I've been using it with sublime text 3, but it might also work with version 2. Albert Bloomfield
