The spacing between the staves is controlled in the tex document, not
the gabc. Since I don't know what the tex document for that online
editor looks like, I don't know why it's spacing is the way it is, or
what you could do to fix that.
To add space beneath the text in a document being typeset on your own
system add the following to the tex document before the \includescore
statement:
\grechangedim{\grespacebeneathtext}{1in}
Adjust the "1in" to your liking.
