3.0.0-rc2 has been available for a little over two weeks so far and no major bugs have been reported. The few minor bugs which were reported (and will be fixed in the official release) do not require the user to change anything, and so are not considered blocking. As a result, we are deeming this project ready for release and are now scheduling the official release of Gregorio 3.0.0.

Gregorio 3.0.0 will be released on the 14th of May.

If you have discovered a bug in 3.0.0-rc2 that you have not yet reported, please email a bug report to the list or open an issue on GitHub as soon as possible. If you haven't had the chance to test 3.0.0-rc2 yet and are willing to do so, we would also appreciate the additional testing. If a release blocking bug is reported between now and the 14th of May, then the release will be delayed in order to solve the bug. Otherwise we will proceed with the release as scheduled.

To those who have tested 3.0.0-rc1 and 3.0.0-rc2 and reported bugs, we, the developers, would like to thank you. Because of your efforts, 3.0.0 should be a very robust release.
