Gregorio is not really though for that... Do you absolutely need to have
all the different lines in the same gabc file? If not, it will be easier
to separate them. Or if it can wait, the next version (4.0) of Gregorio
has a \gabcsnippet command that just typesets some gabc directly from
TeX, for instance:
\gabcsnippet{(c3) Mi(g)se(g)ri(gf)cór(hji>)di(h)am(gh~) (::)}
\gabcsnippet{(c4) mi(efo>)se(efo>)ri(e)cór(efOh)di(hjg)am(g) (::)}
