Whenever I try to add these to gabc code, it appears that the interpreter/compiler stops reading the input after the first "<". I'm using UTF-8 encoding, PC and UNIX format (as "Save" options in TextPad. I speculate that this is an encoding issue, as using ANSI or Unicode doesn't work at all.
