This feature is available in the development version of Gregorio, but
you will have to build it from the "develop" branch on github if you
need it right away.
You would enable this feature with \gresetlastline{justified}
Please note that development is currently active, so things may be a
little broken and the new features are subject to change. Notably, many
macros have been renamed or their syntax has changed. However, the old
macros are only deprecated and should still work for a little while.
