I don't have the fonts you're using, so I can't actually typeset your
document to see the warnings you're getting. If the fonts are free, can
you indicate where to get them? If they aren't, can you attach the log
file generated when you typeset the document so that I can at least see
what LuaLaTeX is saying?
Also, on a related note, I just finished working on a feature that
relates to the initials (see
https://github.com/gregorio-project/gregorio/pull/581). In doing so I
discovered a couple of bugs in the code for big initials. Since you've
been able to typeset the documents, you probably haven't encountered
them, but I thought I'd point out the fact that they are there and will
be fixed in the next beta.
