I see three problems: First, it seems you are using a very old version of the gregorio exicutable to compile your gabc file to 32PaschalMystery.1.tex. You really should update to a newer version of Gregorio than 2.1. It's also possible that you have multiple versions of gregorio installed. If this is the case, you really should remove the older versions.
Second, you are using \includescore to include 32PaschalMystery.-full.tex in 32PaschalMystery.-main.tex. \includescore should only be used to include the file generated by the gregorio executable, namely 32PaschalMystery.1.tex, which is included correctly in 32PaschalMystery.-full.tex. You should use some other TeX function, like \input, to include 32PaschalMystery.-full.tex in 32PaschalMystery.-main.tex. Third, I don't think the version of gregorio that was used to create 32PaschalMystery.1.tex is the same version of GregorioTeX that you are employing in 32PaschalMystery.-main.tex. Make sure that the versions match. If you have multiple versions of Gregorio installed, you will have to clean up the older ones.
