Please delete the .gaux and .aux files located in the directory of the
main tex file. If the name of your main tex document is main.tex then
delete the files: main.aux, main.gaux. These files are automatically
generated and sometimes when changing gregorio versions they need to be
recreated by simply deleting the two files and recompiling main.tex.
