Unfortunately GregorioTeX doesn't have a mechanism for reducing just a single instance of a space. As a result, the only way to pull this off is to change a space setting for the whole score. Now, given that you only have two divisio finalis in the score, you can reduce the space around them (spacearoundfinalis) without affecting everything else.

To limit this change to just this one score, the easiest thing is to encapsulate it in a group:

{\grechangedim{spacearoundfinalis}{<value>}{1}%
\gregorioscore{<filename>}}

The extra set of braces should prevent the change from affecting other scores in the document.
