Try running: luaotfload-tool -u -f -vvv Does that appear to be doing anything? If not, what is the error, if any? If it did do something, does gregorio now work? If not, please provide the output of the luaotfload-tool command above. Note: I'm almost at the end of my ideas (depending on the results here), so if anyone else has any, please offer them.
