in this case it's pot-ens. It seems most Abbeys agree on this document,
but it's still under discussion... Anyways, all Abbeys agree that it
should be pot-ens, the discussions are on other points. Most people are
not really aware of these rules and use the same phonetic rules used for
syllable quantity determination, but they're not the same.

The project is still under heavy discussion and development, but it will
be quite easy to make a proofreader of scores once it's finished.
