Once TeXStudio is configured to run LuaLaTeX with the shell escape
option, you should be able to use it with Gregorio so long as you set
the `autocompile` option when loading the gregoriotex package. There is
no separate integration of Gregorio into TeXStudio.
If you've set up TeXStudio to use LuaLaTeX properly, then try following
along with our tutorial

become familiar with the basic work flow.
