If matlab_utilities included a dependency on extra, we could just add
nchoosek() as a wrapper, using the new "numeric" type to tell apart
the cases when to use bincoeff() and the choose() or combinations()
function from extra.
Good idea, although nobody here knows about the generic "numeric" type
yet, I guess. (But it's in the changelog alright) This would require
brand new gretl 2021b, however.
