Is there much point in that?  I wouldn't have thought there was 
much primary data available in JMulTi format.

After some more searching on the web I discovered some code for 
reading in7/bn7 files, available from Doornik.  But so far as I 
can tell it contains no indication of how daily data are 
handled.
