[Gretl-users] gretlw32.exe fails to open - Version 1.9.4.

Dear at Gretl community,

I have installed the latest release of Grelt 1.9.4. After installing , I
tried to run the program (GUI Mode). An error infromation appeared that
Greltw32.exe encountered an error. Kindly look into it.
