Thanks for the advice. I will try the recent snapshot. The strange thing was,
that happened in the mild of work while previously everything was perfect. It
is happening with nls models inclusively!

This sounds like it might be related to a problem with decimal commas and
session files that was recently fixed (after 2023a). Are you working with a
decimal comma or decimal point?
You might try out a recent
snapshot(http://sourceforge.net/projects/gretl/files/snapshots/gretl_install-32.exe/download)
to see if this solves your problem.
