What you're asking is pretty difficult, tho possible. The size of the page will be different on every browser, and potentially for every user (they may have browser settings to increase the font size, for example). The strategy that comes to mind for me is to add a function to the greybox source code to resize the iframe on the fly. You'd need to call that function from the actual greybox page, with the dimensions of the page being passed as parameters. Obviously this will only work for greybox pages that you are authoring yourself...
