try typing your domain + GB_ROOT_DIR + gb_scripts.js into the address bar and seeing if you can call up the actual files in your browser (eg) www.example.com/libraries/greybox/gb_scripts.js
if you get a file not found error, your GB_ROOT_DIR path is wrong.
