I think you misunderstood what I was saying, Kat.  The GB_root_dir
needs to point at your GREYBOX files (ie, the ones downloaded from the
website), not your image files.  You don't have to move anything, just
change GB_root_dir="http://www.wildgasmasks.com/Resources/store/JG1/";
to "http://www.wildgasmasks.com/Resources/GB/";.  My work uses greybox
a lot on one website, so to save time and effort I just put the
GB_root_dir at the top of the gb_scripts.js itself - you might want to
do that.

As for protecting your PHP files, you just need to get your host to
disallow directory listing and you'll be fine (or set it yourself if
your host has a web control panel setting for it).  Tho I was wrong
about the right click and save, now that I think about it.  Still, not
a good security practice for reasons that I am now too old and fuddled
to remember!  :LOL:
