Hi, Fixed the problem, without going into advanced usage. Turns out that when running a page off a template in DW, it has the habit of putting <td> before the editable region, with the </td> then inside. Basically it screwed up the GreyBox code whenever I updated the pages from the template, causing the "You have made changes to code that is not marked as editable. If you retain those changes, they will be lost the next time you apply a template update to this file. Do you want to retain the changes until then?" error box, incase anyone had the same problem.
