I'm going to assume you're talking about the overlay.

Is your DTD set to strict?  I use greybox with IE7 all the time and
have seen no problems, but I always set the DTD to strict.

Could also be some of your other CSS bollocksing it up - have you
tried just making a simple page with nothing on it but a greybox link
and then seeing if it works properly?
