Hello Guillaume,
When you deploy or edit and application to job service you can define
specific resource manager directives for that particular application
only. These directives will be added to submitted JSDL file
automatically.

In your case you can specify something like:
<OperatingSystem>
<OperatingSystemType>
<OperatingSystemName>WINNT</OperatingSystemName>
</OperatingSystemType>
</OperatingSystem>
OpSYS_MAPPING list might need updating accordingly.
