Well, basically the cheatcodes are meant for live-cd mode only, just
a few of them are useful on hd-installations as well. So I always
put the most recent cheatcodes file on http://grml.org/files/ so
it's available online.

But to make sure you can access it without the CD and offline as
well I just put the file into grml-docs package (version 0.8-9)
[/usr/share/doc/grml-docs/grml-cheatcodes.txt.gz].
