Dear Mika and friends, Since you are all z shell to the core(okay, really bad pun) why do I argue so much? Also, the latest grub update is disastrous, as it eats the menu.lst for breakfast, leaving an unbootable system, but I suspect you know this. What would be cool is a way to get grub back, as the population of devices by udev in lilo is a process best measured in years. Is there a way to do this with the live cd which respects the uuid?
