Yeah, this "too ugly" of the old initrd approach is the reason why
we switched to the live-initramfs way of life in grml and grml-medium. ;)

grml-small does not use live-initramfs, therefor we don't have any
PXE images AFAIK. You might consider using grml-medium instead or
build your own grml-small using grml-live.
