No, sadly not yet, see http://bts.grml.org/grml/issue466 and http://bts.grml.org/grml/issue501 I was just running out of time and therefore couldn't work on the redesign of grml2usb. The reason is that it's not just grml2usb which needs to be adjusted when we change the directory layout, so we need to design that beforehand.
