Please either upgrade to grml-etc >=1.1.23 from grml-testing and copy /etc/skel/.Xresources to ~/.Xresources or just drop the 'URxvt*borderLess: True' line from your ~/.Xresources (don't forget to execute 'xrdb -remove ; xrdb -merge ~/.Xresources' afterwards).
