grap2graph(1): Undocument -resolution option.
contrib/grap2graph/grap2graph.1.man: Whatever this "-resolution" flag
is, it is recognized neither by grap2graph.sh nor by convert(1) from
ImageMagick 6.9.7.4 on my Debian 9 system.
