man/groff_tmac.5.man: Fix style nit.
There is no reason to have an adjustable non-breaking space in a
subsection hading. Section and subsection headings are not filled and
not adjusted, and if your heading overruns the line length an angry mob
should come after you with torches and pitchforks.
