pdfroff(1): Lightly recast.
* Say "identifier" intsead of ID.
* (See also) Add our Texinfo manual. I was a little puzzled by the
reference to groff(1) as "the definitive reference to document
formatting" with groff, since IMO that characterization covers a lot
more than just driving the front end. Recast in what I hope is a
helpful direction.
