groff_me(7): Fix content and style nits.
* Recast to avoid dangling a sentence fragment over a table.
* Clarify the oddity of the `sp` "request" behaving differently only in
me(7): point out that it is redefined as a macro.
* Add grn(1) to list of preprocessors me(7) is designed to work with.
