m4/groff.m4 (GROFF_ARRAY_DELETE): Lethalize check.
* m4/groff.m4 (GROFF_ARRAY_DELETE): Update `AC_MSG_CHECKING` argument to
refer to "ISO C++98" instead of "ANSI". Call `AC_MSG_ERROR` (aborting
configuration) if the check fails.
