groff_out(5): Fix content and style nits.
Add chunks that were mistakenly missing from commit 51d1c5a1.
Content:
* Add link to and description of John Gardner's "Roff.js" viewer to "See
also" section.
* Set ellipses (...) in roman, not italics.
* Replace inconsistent bold "<end-of-line>" notation with roman
"<line-break>".
