[build]: Tweak BuildFoundries message readability.
* font/devpdf/util/BuildFoundries.pl (LoadFoundry): Separate lists of
Type 1 font names with spaces as well as commas, for better diagnostic
message readability. Also begin message in lowercase (per GNU Coding
Standards).
