pic(1): Fix content, style, and markup nits.
Content:
* Be more specific regarding the baseline version of AT&T pic against
which differences are enumerated.
* Identify original publication year of CSTR #116.
Style:
* Set "ps2eps" program name in italics, not bold.
Markup:
* Adjust dead-tree typography.
* Migrate some paragraphing macros from `LP` to `P`.
