groff(1): Update Authors section.
Much of the information in this page is from James Clark's original
groff(1) page or our Texinfo manual, so add the authors of that manual
to the documentation credits. Bernd's contribution is at this point
fairly minor. Emphasize Clark's role as primary software author.
