tmac/groff_man.7.man.in: Drop a claim.
There is no generally reliable way to find out what man page section
titles are prescribed. Maybe some day we can get there with
intro([1-8]).
Also, Linux man-pages's man(7) will `so` groff_man(7) in a future
release, so this cross reference would be circular.
