doc/GMPfront.t: Tweak matters of opinion.
* doc/GMPfront.t: Bikeshed the collected man pages. Retitle to "groff
Collected Reference Pages". Spell "groff" in full lowercase. Favor
requests over escape sequences. Simplify means of setting page
number.
