tbl(1): Identify `u` and `z` modifier provenance.
They are documented as tbl features by Gehani 1986 (covering DWB 1.0
[1984]) and the tbl paper (Cherry, Lesk 1989) in Volume 2 of the
Research Tenth Edition Manual.
