[gropdf] Passing just "\" as a bookmark problem.
* src/devices/gropdf/gropdf: it ends up as a pdf string "(\)",
which is treated as an escaped bracket and the string is not
terminated! Solution is to embed the "\" in octal notation,
i.e. (\134).
