tmac/fallbacks.tmac: Correct errors (1/2).
* tmac/fallbacks.tmac: Spell fallbacks for Unicode special character
escape sequences correctly, using uppercase hexadecimal digits.
Problem dates back to commit 48a13daf13, 24 May 2012.
