commit f5c7ac7b20d1117f68bf7a0a4cff74463402dfda

Revert "groff_man*(7): Quote inline code examples."

    This reverts commit f400e311c70e5feef3491e9231378675c44eb20f.

I liked it better the old way, where searching for the macro name with a
leading dot finds only macro definitions (either the short one in the
summary table or the full description) or displayed code examples.
