src/utils/grog/grog.am: Revise copyright notice.
Rewrite year range in copyright notice as 2014, the date Bertrand
Garrigues originated this file. No change to it since, by anyone, is
"legally significant"[1].
[1] "A change of just a few lines (less than 15 or so) is not legally
significant for copyright." Conversely, >= 15 lines would be.
