[chem]: Revise copyright notice.
Ratchet back ending year of FSF copyright notice to 2014, reflecting the
date of the last "legally significant"[1] contribution to this file by
anyone.
I disregarded a commit of mine that "changed"[ibid.] 15 or more lines,
because it didn't _add_ at least 15 lines on net.
Should I get a copyright notice? Answering that question blunders
straight into the hair-splitting questions I've been repeatedly raising
in recent commit messages, which no doubt some readers (if, in fact, I
have any) have scoffed at as implausible.

Had I _only_ deleted 70 lines of code, the case for my change being
copyrightable would seem very weak. I leave the matter open for now.
[1] "A change of just a few lines (less than 15 or so) is not legally
significant for copyright." Conversely, >= 15 lines would be.
