[man]: Reform terminology.
* man/groff.7.man (Syntax reference conventions):
* man/groff_diff.7.man (Notational conventions): Introduce "input" as a
metasyntactic variable for fully interpreted character sequences, up
to a delimiter or newline.
Begins the long process of fixing Savannah #65976.
